Fitandsmarter.com aims to deliver excellent products in a good condition and at the earliest possible. We charge shipping charges only if the order value is below the minimal mentioned amount. We will do a complete refund in case if your order is being cancelled before the dispatch, got lost on the way while delivering, or un-delivered to your preferred location. And if you return an order that is being delivered to you, only the exact price for the product will be refunded.
Fitandsmarter.com follows two modes of shipping methods- Registered and Airmail shipping. The Registered mode of transmission is set by default and takes normally a week for delivery. On the other hand, Airmail shipping warrants a delivery within 2 to 3 days and is normally costlier than the Registered shipping. Moreover, this one has to be explicitly selected by the customer to ensure a fast delivery. We do not process the orders on weekends and public holidays. So, in case if you have an order confirmation on those days it will be processed the next working day.
We expect your/someone’s presence at the doorstep during the products arrival. If in case nobody is answerable during that time, the parcel will be kept for few more days nearby post/courier office, wherein somebody has to show up for the parcel. There may be import fees or taxes being charged by your country/post office which you will have to pay for getting your parcel. Denying of this, will lead in refusal to hand over the parcel to you, where fitandsmarter.com will not be accountable. Therefore, always check with your country’s import rules and regulations.
The delivery process may be kept pending in cases of natural calamities like tsunami, flood, cyclone, or even from curfew, emergencies, etc. we normally wait for such incidents to stop, so that we can continue with the shipping processes. If not, we will dismiss your order and do a refund.
